AmStar EMS was honored to receive the Community Spirit Award along with Air Evac Lifeteam 106 at the Demopolis Area Chamber of Commerce Banquet Tuesday night. Accepting for AmStar is owner, Kevin Horne. Accepting for Air Evac is Chris Gibbs, program director.
